Install the plugin
In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New, add the ChattyFly plugin and activate it. Fake order protection, incomplete orders and the pixels work straight away.

Generate your plugin keys
In ChattyFly, open WooCommerce and the Plugin tab, then press Generate API key.

Connect WordPress to ChattyFly
In WordPress, open ChattyFly → Connection, paste the Plugin API key and secret, and save.

Turn on what you want
Switch on Live Chat, set up Marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google Tag Manager), and choose your fake order and incomplete order rules.
Good to know
- Using a caching plugin? Clear the page cache after turning Live Chat on.
