ChattyFly is a Business Autopilot platform for social commerce. It combines an AI Sales Agent, a unified inbox, order management, CRM automation, courier integrations and analytics in one workspace, so you can run your entire business from the conversations you already have.
ChattyFly connects Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok conversations, and syncs orders from WooCommerce and Shopify stores.
Yes. The AI Sales Agent detects buying intent, collects the product, quantity and delivery address from the conversation, and creates the order — with an optional human approval step before it is confirmed.
Yes. Any conversation can be switched from AI mode to human mode at any moment. The AI pauses instantly and your moderator continues with the full conversation history in view.
Yes. Orders from your WooCommerce or Shopify store sync into ChattyFly, so social orders and store orders live in one order management view.
ChattyFly integrates with Steadfast, Pathao and RedX for automatic shipment creation and delivery status updates, and also supports custom couriers for any other partner you work with.
Every plan includes monthly credits. Credits are only used when ChattyFly performs valuable business actions — for example creating an order uses 7 credits, and creating a customer, task or CRM follow-up uses 3 credits each. A new active inbox contact uses 10 credits per billing cycle.
ChattyFly provides a 24-hour fair-use grace window with up to 10% additional usage, so your business does not stop unexpectedly. You can top up extra credits at any time.
No. Extra credits never expire, and they are only used after your monthly plan credits run out. ৳1 buys 10 extra credits.
Yes. You can upgrade, renew or top up credits at any time from your workspace. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Subscription payments are processed securely through EPS (Easy Payment System). Your workspace activates automatically after the payment is verified.
Yes. Your workspace data is isolated per business, access is controlled with role-based permissions, and payments run through a secure checkout. ChattyFly never sells your customer data.
Yes. You can bulk import existing orders using CSV or Excel files, and sync historical orders from WooCommerce and Shopify.
