Credits are only used when ChattyFly performs valuable business actions — creating an order uses 7 credits, a customer, task or CRM follow-up uses 3 credits each, a new inbox contact uses 3 credits once (when the customer first messages you), each AI reply uses 2 credits, each comment Comment AI answers uses 2 credits (1 for a spam comment it hides), and a WhatsApp template that starts a new conversation uses 2 credits. Replies, hides and deletes your own team does are always free, and so is receiving customer messages.

Connect your WhatsApp Business number from Integrations in a few clicks through Meta's official signup — no developer needed. Meta bills your own WhatsApp Business account directly for template messages (for example campaigns and messages to new contacts), so add a payment method in Meta Business Settings. Replies to customers who message you first are free from Meta, and ChattyFly's credits are separate from Meta's charges.
