1. The Service

ChattyFly provides an AI-powered social commerce platform including a unified inbox, AI Sales Agent, order management, CRM automation, courier integrations and analytics, accessible at app.chattyfly.com.

2. Accounts and Workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity within your workspace, including team members you invite and the permissions you assign them.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

Plans are billed monthly through EPS (Easy Payment System). Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance consumed by business actions such as creating orders, customers, tasks and follow-ups. Extra credits can be purchased at ৳1 = 10 credits, never expire, and are used only after monthly plan credits run out.

If credits run out, ChattyFly provides a 24-hour fair-use grace window with up to 10% additional usage. Plan limits and credit costs are described on the pricing page and validated server-side.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ChattyFly for spam, deceptive practices, unlawful content or activities that violate the policies of connected platforms (such as Meta or TikTok). We may suspend workspaces that put the platform or other customers at risk.

5. AI Output

AI-generated replies are produced from your configured business knowledge. You remain responsible for reviewing automation settings and for communications sent from your workspace, including AI-assisted ones.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
