    Create the widget

    Give it a name and add your website address, one per line. The chat only works on the sites you list.

    Make it yours

    Pick the face (your logo by default), color, title, welcome message, position and button size. The preview updates as you type.

    Choose the rules

    Turn on AI auto reply, ask for name and phone before the first message, show or hide it on phones, and set how many new visitors a day may start a chat.

  4. 4

    Paste one line

    Copy the line under Add it to your website and paste it just before </body> on every page. On WordPress, turn on Live Chat in the ChattyFly plugin instead.
