Start Meta's signup
Open Manage Social Channels, choose WhatsApp and press Connect. Meta's signup window opens inside ChattyFly.

Pick your business and number
Choose or create your business, add the number and verify it with the code Meta sends. Meta explains there whether your current number can be used.

Chats arrive in the inbox
WhatsApp messages land in the inbox, and the AI answers when AI auto reply is on.

Reach customers first with templates
To message a customer who has not written in the last 24 hours, send an approved template, one by one or as a campaign.

- Meta gives a number of free replies each month. When they are used up, replies pause until next month unless you allow paid replies on the WhatsApp row.
