Get your RedX API credentials
In the RedX panel, open API access and copy the API access token.

Paste them and test
Open Courier Partners, pick RedX, paste the credentials and press Test Connection. ChattyFly stores them on its server and never shows them again.

Set your delivery charges
Enter the charge inside Dhaka, outside Dhaka and for sub areas, and make it the default courier if you like. The inbox AI quotes delivery from these numbers.

Turn on live status updates
Copy the webhook URL from the RedX settings in ChattyFly into your RedX merchant panel. Every status change (In Transit, Delivered, Returned) then moves the order by itself.

Send orders
On an order, pick RedX and send it: one order, or many at once from the order list. The consignment and tracking number are saved on the order.

- RedX needs the delivery area on each order. ChattyFly detects it from the address and you can change it before sending.
